You own your domain and everything on your site — your name, words and photos. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. If you leave, I transfer the domain to you and give you a copy of your site files.

Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and your content — text, photos, logo — belongs to you. I just manage it for you.
